As salaamu alaykum.
Recently, when I was about to recite the Iqamah for fajr, someone prompted me to say "as salaatu khayru min an nawm" after saying "hayyu alil falaah." I did as requested even though I was sure that I had read a discussion in a version of Behishti Zewar wherein it explicitly said that one ought not say "as salaatu Khayru min an nawm" in the Iqamah and that this is only for the Adhan (not to mention the fact that I had never heard anything to the contrary previously in my life). When I asked this person (after the Salah) where they had heard or read that one ought to do as he asked me to do and he replied that it was either in Taleemul Haq or that he saw it on the youtube channel entitled "Hanafi Fiqh." A quick read of Taleem ul Haqq showed to me that it was not to be found therein, however, I have not (nor believe I ever will be able to) go through every video on the Hanafi fiqh channel to see if they ever said anything to that effect.
As such my question is,
Is there any known opinion in the Hanafi madhab that says that one ought to say "as salaatu khayru min an nawm" during the iqamah for Fajr?
If so, is this a minority view or one that ought to be acted upon?
