Question about renting the house.

Assalamu alaykum. I would like to know about renting rules in islam.
There are different type of contracts with landlord in the place we live.
1) you pay monthly payment.
2) you pay deposit money ( which you will return it at the end of contract) and monthly payment.
3) deposit money and no monthly payment (which you will return all your money at the end of contract)

Actually many companies provide their workers with deposit money so that they could live without paying monthly payment.

So here is the question.
Is it will be halal for us to take money from the company and live in the house without paying monthly payment?
Actually, if we take the money from the company we will have to pay that money back from our salary.
