They are primarily Chishti in tareeqa since Maulana Gangohi, Maulana Nanotvi and Maulana Thanvi (rahimullah ajmaeen), were bayat with Haji Sahib whose ta'leem was mainly Chishti. However, they also have Qadiris among them i.e., Maulana Ahmad Ali Lahori (rahimullah) as well as Naqshbandis such as Maulana Badar Alam (rahimullah) and his khulafaa.

As far as Shaykh Zulfiqar Ahmad (damat barakatahum), he is staunchly Deobandi as evident from his talks.

There is nothing wrong with Shaykh Nazim Adil Al Haqqani, he is a great sufi master. There has been a lot of wahabi attack on him, as well as attacks from the habashis.

The Tareeqa Muhmadiyya of the Shaheed of Balakot, Hazrat Shaykh Syed Ahmed Shaheed (RA). This tareeqa is in fact Naqshbandi in core, and of the Naqshbandi Mujadidi line, since Imam i Rabbani is in it's silsilah. Full name is therefore Naqshbandiya - Mujadidiya - Muhammadiya.

This tareeqa is prominent in Bangladesh, however I bet most bengalis probably won't know that it is. However, as stated elsewhere on this form most bengali shaykhs have some relation to this Tareeqa.

Prominent members of this Tareeqa have been Maulana Karamat Ali Jaunpuri (ra), Sufi Noor Muhmmad (ra) and Hafiz Ahmed Jaunpuri (ra).

Subhan'Allah also i heard that when Shah Ismail Shaheed(rah) fought with sikhs in the battle a sikh swore at Prophet(saw) and Shah Ismail(rah) vowed i will not die before i kill you and from the back someone chopped hes head off and hes body without the head walked towards the sikh who swored and he out of frightness was walking back and tripped and Shah Ismail(rah) fell on top of him with the sword pointing down and killed him.
