    Sukoon-e-dil (Tranquility of the heart) is a lost treasure. Allah ta’ala sent it only for the Believers, the Ahl-e-Taqwa (The people of piety). With Taqwa (piety/fear of Allah ta’ala) one attains sukoon-e-dil.

  2. Let there be just you and Me and no one else!

    When a husband and wife are talking and his phone starts ringing, she is bound to complain and ask him to switch the phone off and concentrate on her.

    Mawlana Tariq Jameel Sahib says so similarly regarding Salaah there is a request of Allah ta’ala and that is,

    “When you perform Salaat, let it be just Me and you and no one else”.

    The owner of a slave asked him, “What will you wear?”
    The slave’s reply was, “Whatever you allow me to wear”.

    The owner asked, “What will you eat?”
    The reply was, “Whatever you feed me”

    The owner asked, “Where will you sleep?”
    The reply was, “Wherever you tell me to sleep.”

    This Qur’anic verse is a command for the Believers. Of the three things mentioned therein, the first is that it addresses the Believers. Secondly the Believers are commanded to fear Allah subhaanahu wata’ala i.e. to adopt Taqwa and finally to adopt the company of the Saadiqeen, the Truthful.
