This is a misconception that many have, who believe that all of Qur'an is proof in the definite sense, and all of sahih hadeeth are also proof in definite sense.

    Wassalamu alaikum

Oh my. Jazak Allah for your duas.

The article is actually by my teacher Ml. Muhammad Saheb who is Sheikhul Hadeeth of Madrasah Camperdown. I am sure you know him.

I will relay your message and hope he will write something on those lines, unless he has already written some.

Ghusl is superior purification than wudhu. So if you have ghusl, then you do not need wudhu to pray your salah.

[offtopic] Hadhrat what does this mean...

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Had it not been for Eve, woman would have never acted unfaithfully towards her husband.

Mufti sahib, since many people [even from among the ahnaf] are unaware of this mas'alah, and were mislead by the salafi's, it leads me to a question: Hypothetically, if a person had prayed many past salahs having done masah on cotton socks, and then later he found out this is not valid, is it permissible for him to take rukhsa and adopt the Hanbali position for those instances? This way he will not have to repeat those salahs. Would this be talfiq?

My apologies. I'll attempt to answer your query, Mufti sahib may correct any mistakes .

Hanafi's, Maliki's and Shafii's are all of the opinion that wiping on normal cotton socks is not permissible. The wudhu of the person who does this is not valid, and therefore his salah is not valid. Only the Hanbali madhab gives some leeway in this regard and see's it as permissible. However, I think even in the Hanbali madhab there is a second opinion that it is impermissible [Im not sure about this so Mufti sahib can confirm ].

The socks should be leather for masah.

This is Hanafi view on this that one should not do Masah over normal socks. Right.
So can you please tell me what are the views of rest of imams?

Moreover, one should make effort and let the imam know in a very polite manner that there are people from other madhahib praying behind him,
Why? Reason? Let me know please.

Or tell me, what do you mean?

a bearded person pprayed behind a trimmed one in a huge jamaah.
after salah he realised that he was trimmed & planned to repeat the salah after people disperse.

after avery one went, another person came. so this bearded one, lead the jamah with him.
    now,
    1. is the 2nd salah of that bearded one valid??
    2. if not, will the 2nd person's salah praying behind the bearded one will also be invalidated??
