I was looking through my conversations with the shaikh (ra), which I saved, and thought that this one would be extremely beneficial to all and is not too personal. This one is dated Saturday, November 26, 2005. The late shaikh (ra) writes:

Dear Br. Fusus,

Wa-alaykumus Salaam waRahmatullahi waBarakaatuhu.


1.) May Allah Ta'ala accept the good opinion of my Sheikh about me as mentioned in your letter.

I saw on the thread in the main section that Hazrat Moulana Yunus Patel sahib (ra) the great khalifah of Hazratwala Moulana Hakeem Akhtar sahib (db) has passed away in Makkah Mukarramah from a heart attack. Inna lillahi wa inna eelayhi rajioon. What can be said about this person? Just look at his death and it will tell you his entire life story, his passion, his love, his goals and priorities and his objective in life.

He who alleviates the suffering of a brother out of the sufferings of this world, Allah swt will alleviate his sufferings of the Day of Judgement.
