I just read the comment by bhai Fusus, and it was so nice that I thought I must post it separately. Some poetry is like that. It cannot be kept subservient to another, and needs a place of its own.

How can his characteristics be explained
Who shall take the task to glorify him
Lost in this (arduous) endeavor is
the (flightful) reach of Jibreel the trusted

The reality of the characteristics of my beloved are much beyond what mere words mention. Then how can his true worth be explained? Who has the courage to start explaining his status? But one soul did go far in doing so. Jibrael took his flight to take my beloved to the Arsh. But his feat too got buried and lost in the dust of the journey, where a stage came when he too had to settle down. Restricted from going beyond that level, lest his wings be destroyed, he too was unable to reach that status where my Nabi went ahead.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَميدٌ مَجِيدٌ
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْراهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، فِي الْعَالَمِينَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
