You can find translation of the above passage in the thread posted above. Let us incorporate the above duas daily for the Ummah, at least 10 times every day. This easy action yields such results that the person making the above duas 10 times daily will be counted among the Abdaal. Another great benefit to making duas for the Ummah is that Alhamdulillah we are also a part of the Ummah so if we make dua for the Ummah we are really making dua for ourselves also! So we make dua for Ummah, get the reward for it, and then reap the benefits of those duas ourselves - its a win win situation.
