Allah subhaanahu wata’ala has given us Himmat (strength) but we have become Himmat-chor (reluctant to use the strength). So we have no-one to blame but ourselves.

Only when hearts experience the stabbing pain of the wounds of giving up the temptation of sins will one become a Wali (special friend) of Allah subhaanahu wata’ala. Only then will one rise to elevated stages and attain the Ma’rifat (Gnosis) and Qurb (Closeness) of Allah subhaanahu wata’ala and only then will the heart fill with His Tajalliaat.

Allah subhaanahu wat’ala has left the door to Tawbah (Repentance) open where every sin is forgiven to such an extent that even the Angels are made to forget and He will never remind you. One becomes His Wali instantly. How loving is Allah!
