I have read in many references that kafaar for someone who did not a day in Ramadan would be to:
1- fast 2 consecutive months
2- or feed 60 poor people
3- or free a slave.

My question is related to point 2 (feed 60 poor people), how someone should do it.
Can someone substitute the food with the equivalent money?
If yes, should someone give it to 60 people or he can give the equivalent money to feed 60 people to a small number?
