Default Which answer has more impact?

If you had a question and you got answers for it from sooooooooo many different sources such as follows:

    1-Madhabs
    2-Living scholars
    3-sunnah-
    4-Al-Azhar
    5-Hadiths

which one would have more impact on someone's decision? and would you follow what they say to do? is that the wisest thing to do?

Differences of opinion were organized according to Islamic law for this purpose.

Thus the madhabs formed 4 different groups of looking at problems. Of these madhabs they within themselves formed mashhur and weaker opinions and thus the mashhur is taken of the madhab you follow unless it is to produce a benefit, comply with the custom, or restrain from a harm - and this is only if the scholar is a living scholar qualified in a madhab who gives you the easier position.

    Wassalam.

I voted for a (qualified) living scholar, since all the other options require their interpretive skills.

But for the presence of living scholars, we wouldn't be able to access the other options.

the answer is simple, pick one qualified Scholar you trust, ask him all the questions you may have, take his answers, and forget everything else. otherwise the deen becomes a joke, when we start surfing for fatwaah's from different sources.

I'm looking for a STRAIGHT FORWARD ruling NOT a fatwa. Fatwa's are dangerous sorry. I don't like them..too risky.
