Assalamu 'Alaikum!
Sunni Bahshati Zewar is by Allama Abdul Mustafa A'zami. He was a prolific Sunni scholar of India.
Bahshati Zewar is by Ashraf Ali Thanwi Deobandi to the best of my knowledge.
I had Sunni BZ at home (prob. still have) and I think it has sections about the blessings of Mawlid and Fatiha et cetera whereas the BZ (obviously) doesn't.
Wassalam
aha makes sense....jazakallah Khair...
I wonder how many people were fooled by this tactic....![]()
..maybe the publishers should now consider adding "The Real" to the title of Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi's (ra) authentic and orthodox sunni book = BAHISHTI ZEWAR

Assalamu 'Alaikum!
Just to clarify, Ashraf Ali Thanvis book you have called authentic and sunni, i hope people dont think allama abdul mustafas book is anything different from orthodox, authentic and sunni
wassalam

Both can be sunni, only one can be orthodox sunni.
The title of the barelwi version seems to imply that the one by Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi is not sunni. Its pretty obvious.
I agree. It's also pretty childish.Originally Posted by sunnilink
