My worry is each time i give a reply to any of the thread, a notification imediately come to me in the form of an e mail at my address, can i get rid of this or i hv to keep receiving these notification mails. plz someone help me on this account

If you look to the top right hand corner you will see a row of buttons starting with:
Download, Radio, ....UserCP

Click on UserCP
In this section, go to edit options.
You shoudl have an option of turning this facility off.
