If a person wants to measure his nearness to Allah, he should apply the following formula given by Shaykh Gangohi:

“A person’s nearness to Allah is proportional to his distance from his own ego and self [nafs].”

i think i know who you are too. alhamdulillah i am happy to hear from you after so long.

sis the person you would need to speak to is Brother Ejaz at Sultan Bahu. he is the course co-ordinator. so when you ring them please ask for him.

    hope this helps.

    salaam

have you given you email address to 'rabs' or 'roxy' (the 2 sister who live two doors away from me) . cos i cud get it off them.....they are not home at the moment....so i can't get it off them right now.

if u didn't give it to them then its ok cos what i'll do is i'll pm my email address to one of the sister mods. and then hopefully they can pm (private message) it to you.

just let me know if u've given it to rabs or roxy please.
