Video,pictures,tv.
Assalamu Alaikom
I have heard from a lot of scholars that it is allowed to make photographs as long as long as it is not tangible,even some of those who said that it is not allowed,say that it is allowed to open pictures,for example on a computer as it is not tangible and can only be seen by running on the a device,the computer in this case.
Now I came across this site www.inter-islam.org/Prohibitions The evils of T.V,wich says that even opening pictures is haram as you are helping the ''creating'' of the picture,is this true?

P.S Before you post a reply,could you please answer these few points:
1Images shown on screen are haram I agree/don't agree
2When turning the t.v on,and there appear images,the one who turned on the t.v also created the images I agree/don't agree (when answering I don't agree move on to q3)
3Images on t.v are not created by the one turning the t.v on,but are haram because they are images.
4:Making pictures by a (video)camera is haram I agree/don't agree
