Salam alaikoum ;

I have one question and this since I converted to Islam without really getting a awnser ;

we hear people talking about " kuffars " a lot of time and be unhappy with the conditions of the mulims in Europe and the States ... My question is :

was it halal for muslims ( I am talking about the 2 / 3 last generations ) to move from muslim countrys to non-muslim countrys . Some muslims and not only salafis are doing the opposite...

I asked this question because some brothers I know and who are in the Tabligh mouvement told me that the only reason for a muslim to be in a non-muslim country is to make da'awa . The vast majority of the muslims came to the West for Dounia ... these brothers came also here for this reason but they changed their intention . It seems like it is the position of the Ulema of the Tabligh jama'a . Just wanted to know what is the postion of the Ulema in general about the issue of the hijrah . It is something important for the salafis for exemple ...
