    Default getting married

i need some advice about marrage, i know someone who is going to marry an egyptian man they want to do this at the british embassy so it is legal in Uk. But he is already married to an egyptian woman he has asked his wife it is ok for him to marry and she has said yes because she cannot give him what he needs. but would the fact that he is already married be a problem at the embassy even if they are both muslim and she agrees to him still being married to his first wife. i know under islamic law a man can have upto 4 wives. can anyone give me advice.

i guess you'll have to ask a lawyer about this situation and he'll be able to advise you further. it probably all depends on whether he is legally married in Egypt coz bigamy is a punishable offence here in the U.K.
as for the islamic point of view please pose your question at one of the following websites they'll be able to assist you better
