Default Stealing from kuffar in dar al harb-what did the akabir say

In my country some people think its okay to rip off the kuffar as they r not muslim....

Came across this amazing statement from mawlana thanvi(ra)

Kyun kay woh toh phir bhi jahanam mein to gaya....

Bahar haal mawlana ki taqreer se maloom huwa kay kaafir ka maal laina musulmaan kay maal lene se zyaada buraa hai

Proving it is worse to steal from a kaafir than a muslim!
    Wow...

Look how noble our akabir were..
I think the christians jews and hindus would have loved for the akabir of deoband to rule england with such justice

Mawlana Qasim Nanotvi in regards to this subject stated a strange thing from which one can glean/know that it is worse to take [steal or not to return etc] belongings/wealth from a Kafir than taking from the belongings/wealth of a Muslim.

Mawlana stated that: "Brother, if you desire to withhold the haqq ( rights ) of someone, then withhold it from a Muslim. Do not withhold the right of the Kafir. Because on the Day of Qiyama, the good deeds of the oppressor/wrongdoer will be given to the oppressed/wronged.

So if someone has oppressed [done some wrong to] a Muslim; then [deeds such as] Salaah and Fasting of the one who oppressed will, afterall/at least, be given to his fellow [Muslim] brother. Though apparently [on the outside] one has committed oppression [to their fellow Muslim in the world], internally he has also been benevolent/a well-wisher for his community/nation [i.e. Muslim brethren by aiding them in passing on his own good deeds to them for their benefit in Akhirah]

And [on the other hand] if he has withheld a right of [oppressed/wronged] a Kafir then he has given his deeds to a strange house [ stranger, not of his own Muslim brethren]. So in this scenario, neither is it any benefit to yourself nor to him [the Kafir]. Because they are still to go into Jahannum [as they are forbidden the Garden due to them not having Imaan]"

So from the words of Mawlana [above] one understands that to take [wrongfully] the belongings/wealth of a Kafir is worse than taking from a Muslim.
