I only judge Brelwis by their literature.
and not every sufi is a brelwi, let alone every member in this forum.

    Your Deobandi right?
    or am I mistaken?

Do you mean the Deobandi Sheikh Madani the one who saw the Holy Prophet whilst awake?

    Asslamo Allaikum,

    1) I stick to the Aqeedah of Salaf i.e. don't make Ta'weel

    http://www.central-mosque.com/aqeedah/Maturidies.htm

    2) Within the Madhab of Imam Abu Haneefa (RA) I stick to the strongest opinion within the Madhab (closest to Qur'aan/Sunnah as practised & advised by Mujadid Alf Thani (RA), Shah Wali-ullah (RA), Shah Ismael Shaheed (RA)) as advised by the scholars to me (as Taqleed is obligatory on an Aa'mee like me)

    3) I also act on the ruling OUTSIDE of the Hanafi Madhab ( as practised by Mujadid Alf Thani (RA), Shah Wali-ullah (RA), Shah Ismael Shaheed (RA)) and as advised by the Mufti that I ask as Taqleed is obligatory upon me as an Aa'mee.

    4) As previously stated that I am Hanafi because 99.9% of the scholars that I have access to are Hanafi and that is what I have been advised to me by scholars

    5) In Tassawuuf I lean towards Naqshbandi Mujaddadi Taqreeqa which has nothing in common with the commonly known Naqshbandi Tareeqa in the West...This was practised by Shah Ismael Shaheed (RA) & before him Mujadid Alf Thani (RA) and I am sure that you are familiar with the former as the Author of Taqwiyatul-Eeman and his stance on Bid'aa

    6) I consider the common rituals which have creped into Muslims i.e. celebrations on the 15th of Sha'aban, Mawlid, Rajab, Urs to be AVOIDED like black plague as advised by the late Mufti Rasheed Ahmed Ludhyanwi (RA) in Ahsanul-Fatawa...Qur'aan & Sunnh is the authority & that's all that's that!

    7) I also don't beleive that Souls of Auliya Allah are ever-present and/or all-knowing!

1,2,3,4,5, 6 & 7 are ths positions in principle of Ulama of the sub-continent commonly and incorrectly known as Deobandees and Wahabees!

celebrations on the 15th of Sha'aban
I dont mean to go off topic, but do u mean that 15th of Shaban is not seen as a special night for Ibadat by 'Deobandi' Ulama? Or are you referring to some celebrations which people take part in on that night?

They are also somewhat extreme in this issue, well it kind of seems like that.
    there no madhkhalis in pakistan.

the real problem in indo/pak regarding the issue of taqleed is the fact that muqallidin say that a layman should follow only one imam even if it is clear to him/her that the imam has made mistake.

other than this there is pure ghulu , like what is the meaning of taqleed or itteba' and different between these terms?

How can laymen determine if an Imam has made a mistake?

This is the problem with many Salafis who pay lip service to Taqleed; they fail to realize that the whole reason for it is the inability of the laymen to determine the right and wrong on complex fiqh issues. If they are incapable of determining which rulings are correct and which are incorrect, how could they ever know if a Mujtahid has made a mistake?

It is because of this inability that we make Taqleed of a scholar who has Isnaad and Ijazah and if an issue is one over which the scholars of Isnaad and Ijaazah have differed, one must make Taqleed of such a scholar on that issue.
