DID OUR belovel Prophet(sallalla-hu-alaihiwassalam) tie hands on the chest ..

in an introduction of myslf i wld like to clear tht im jus a muslim... i dont follow any imaams... i just follow wht our beloved Prophet(s.a.w) has said....
my question is "did our beloved Prophet(s.a.w) tie hands on the chest while praying??? and if he did or didnt pls giv me sum strong hadees to proof it"
