السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
a very good scanned copy of الدروس النحوية (four parts) is available here
it is all in arabic. but shaykh Amr at lisanularab has recommended it highly. i suppose it shouldn't be a problem if you are studying with a teacher, or you have already reached the required level to handle an arabic only text.

From the Treasures of Arabic Morphology

“From the Treasures of Arabic Morphology” is a comprehensive book of Ilmus Sarf. Please note that “From the Treasures of Arabic Morphology” has been published by Zamzam publishers of Karachi, Pakistan. (www.zamzampub.com) Anyone requiring a copy may do so by contacting the publishers directly. Although the quality of the print is not very good, it will suffice for the incumbent student who requires a book on Sarf urgently, until a new edition is printed.

    Arabic Tutor

Arabic Tutor is a translation of “Arabi ka Muallim, an Arabic Grammar textbook. It has not been published as yet. Insha-Allah, the publishers, Darul Ishaat of Karachi hope to have it printed some time later this year. Please make dua that it is published soon and lets hope it is of good quality.

All Ulama and students studying these books are welcome to forward their suggestions and criticism to alinaam@ alinaam.org.za. Your in-put may help us to improve the quality of these books in future editions.

If there is anyone who knows of a publisher that is prepared to publish these books, he is welcome to contact Madrasah Inaamiyyah and forward the details to us.

    Shukran, the compiler.

    Your answer is here:
The books were available for download on alinaam until 2 weeks back. Due to the copywrite of ZamZam, Maulana Ebrahim Saheb decided to discontinue the free online.

As is, if you abide by piracy ethics, you may no longer be able to get those pdfs.

This seems to be the best starting place for me too. Being such an old book I wonder if it's availible legally as a free download? Since I'm in China it's a bit tricky getting the book hard copy. so this woudl be best first if possible. Looked online but so far not found.
