Who are the Sipah e Sahaba

Assalam Alaikum,

Guys i was wondering if someone had any info about the pakistani based group Sipah e Sahaba. One of the their ex leaders was Maualna Zia Ur Rahman Farooqui shaheed... a brilliant speaker mashallah.

This is an organisation led by sunni Muslims, which keeps strict check over the activities of other sect. A scholar heads the organisation.

Ive been doing some digging and apparently the afore mentioned maulana haq nawaz jhangwi rah was the founder, after his shadaat, the leadership passed over to allama farroqui and afyer his shaddat maulana azam tariq shaheed took over until his shaadat in 2003. I understand they were set up as a result of rising shia influence in pakistan. A splinter group by the name of laskar e jhangwi was headed by some guy called riaz basra???

Is allama ali shayr haydri the current head now?

What mistakes?

They worked under scholars like Allamah Muhammed Manzoor Chinooti r.h (former head of Majlis Khatam e Nabuwwat).
Allamah Muhammed Yusuf Ludhanvi r.h.
Mufti e Azam Rasheed Ahmed r.h
Muhaqqiq Sarfraz Khan Safdar

Yes Allamah Ali Sher Haidri (ex-Shia).

I heard that many innocent became victims of their assassinations as well.
I dunno if the killings were ordered by the Ulema as well or wether the famous "black sheeps" are to blame (no irony).
