Smile
A smile can bring tears of joy,
A smile can soften a heart.
No matter what education you have,
If you smile, you’re smart.
Your smile plants a smile
On someone else’s face.
Within seconds it flourishes
And grows out of good grace.
A smile is the key to
The gates within your mind.
The smile is the torch
When the way is hard to find.
The smile is a science
On a level of its own,
It can be small and tiny
But it can’t be overgrown.
Smiling will brighten your face
And the light will quickly spread.
I hope that I’m still smiling
When they pronounce me dead.
