Watch the programme on Noor TV sky channel 822, on the Purification of the, Heart, mind, body and soul. done by shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh. ITS EXCELLENT!!! you guys should really watch it, its done using a power point presentation in english, and explained brilliantly by the shaykh, of the importance of the purification of the heart, with reference from the quran and the hadeeth. great diagrams are used to show the truth of the life of this world... its just brilliant you guys should watch it, i did today, cant wait for the part 2.

for those who missed it today, part 1 will be shown tomorrow again at the same times.

in the mornings from around 9 - 10
in the evenings from around 6 - 8

and then the remaining parts (inshaAllaah) will be shown after at the same times.

As I am in Canada I will not be able to see this, but I just wanted to chime in and say that I think that Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh is one of the most amazing and under appreciated spiritual masters around. He had a huge effect on my life.

It is somewhat personal. Basically he helped bring me back from the brink of spiritual death and helped me rearrange my life and priorities. I have no doubt that if I, or anyone else, has the himma to follow the course that Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh has presented that they will attain degrees that never thought possible. The course is really tough, but I started it and probably most of the sunnas I practice throughout the day were things I habituated into myself while going through the course.

Even if all the above were not so, he entered me into the path of tasawwuf and this wonderful journey that I do not know how I could live without. For that alone I am forever indebted.
