Twelevers are the so called majority shia you may find today, eg people like Sistani, Khomenie, Khamenie, and most Iraqi shias. They also known as Jafari and Itna Ashari.
The Khojas are mainly either Ismailis (aka Aga Khanis) or Twelever shia, however there is a small number of them that are Sunni.

They are just a community of people from the Gujrat area of India. You know like you have Punjabis, Mir Puris etc.

As for the Aga Khan he is the spiritual leader for the Ismailis. They are a form of shia.
