Jazak Allah Khairun for letting us know!
Abu Sa’id (ra) said that Rasullilah (salalahi alahi wasalam) said, “Whoever says:
Radeetu billahi rabban, wa bil-Islaami deenan, wa bi-Muhammadin rasoolan
Jannah becomes obligatory for him (to enter). [Abu-Dawud]
- Best said in Morning and Evening with "Nabiyan wa rasoolan"
As Salamu Alaykum
When is it coming out in US stores?
Imam ash-Shafi`i said, "Whoever takes knowledge from books loses the regulations." (man akhadha al-`ilma min al-kutubi Dayya`a al-aHkaama). [Reported by Nawawi in the introduction to "al-Majmu`"]
An English translation is also available online but inshaAllah when it is available in US (with US prices!) than I will get a hard copy for easy reading.

this work is a brilliant resource.
much of the Quran is a collection of ad-hoc formulations in response to the circumstances of the day - its impossible to understand without technical guidance.
Imam Suyuti's Asbab Al Nuzul and Al-Itqan fi `Ulum al-Qur'an are also fine works and very readable. I have come across extracts translated into urdu and Bengali....but not yet in English.
There is a recent book out called 'The Quran: an Encyclopedia' - edited by Oliver Leaman, it containes translations from both these works and other classics.

Br. Sylheti-Beta, I would encourage you to be cautious about making statements about the Quran in such a way. Perhaps, I don't quite understand what you intended but based on the way this statement reads it is a very dangerous statement and dangerous if you really believe that the Qur'an is "ad-hoc".

Al Hamdulillah,
it's a great news br.
