By Classical Texts, you're referring to books like Ihya Ulum Ud Din, etc. Then they do.

ShariaProgram is mainly Deobandi, they teach from Classical Texts like Darrul Mukhatar, etc.

Apart from Madrassah, Deobandis do not really teach anywhere.

Open up Fadail-e-Amaal, or any other book like Sufism and Good Character, both are by Deobandis, you'll see the Ihya and other books quoted in abundace. The first tranlation of the Ihya was by a Deobandi.
