Now no one should accuse one of being a kafir unless he openly declares so himself or his open beliefs are such that their is no doubt of kuffar. But I have no doubt that the majority of Shia are kafir and I will not respect them as Muslims. I mean there are many beliefs which I find disagreeable, but the mere fact they abuse the wives of the Prophet and his companions with such filthy expletives whenever they refer to them, I simply can not tolerate.

Yes me too, I treat all with respect. i wouldnt say all of Allah creation because that would mean that I repect shaitaan and his filth, but anyway me too
Its true that we dont know anything about shia believe. I dont know anything and that is for the simple reason of feeling disgusted by seeing a shia demonstration in the street, all covered in blood, hitting themselfs with ropes.
And when I heard more about it I found out about what they say about the Quran and the sahaba´s and I decided I dont want to knwo about these people, this was not Islaam. It felt black, agressive and scary instead of white and peacefull.
IAre there then differences in shia beliefs? When you say that some are kuffar and some are not?? I dont understand.
I also heard they change ahadith? is that correct?

Anyone who has fatwa on my questions above?

would any of you give respect to a person who openly abuses your mother and father in the most disgusting of ways?

if you do then you are a person without honour.

we should feel even more strongly against those who abuse the sahaba (Rd) and our ulama.

The Shi'a reject all Sunni ahadith that don't fall in line with their perverse beliefs. They reject the Sunni ahadith that contradict their beliefs. Meanwhile, their own hadith collection has no authentication and even the Shi'a admit this but they'll gladly follow their fabricated "ahadith" because they go hand in hand with the fabricated beliefs of the Shi'a.

The majority of Shi'a have a common ground in belief that separates them from Islam. Their belief in the imams is basically a continuation of prophethood (the imams are believed by the Shi'a to possess the same abilities and knowledge or even more than many prophets (as)). Their cursing of the sahaba (ra) makes them non-Muslim. Their belief in the tahreef of the Qur'an makes them non-Muslim.

But, some Shi'a, like the Zaydi minority, do not believe in the same level of imamate as the majority do. They also do not curse the companions. They are considered Ahlul Bid'ah because they do not accept Sunni ahadith (but they also do not accept the mainstream Shi'a "ahadith") nor do they accept the khilafah of Abu Bakr (ra) and Umar (ra). Either way, they are still not as good as they're made out to be. A Zaydi professor recently said that he doubted that the Prophet (saw) even existed so you can tell that if the followers of Zaydism are any indication, it isn't that much of a change from Rafidism.

all human life is sacred yes, all people should be treated fairly yes.

but when someone attacks the Sahaba, the Mothers of the Ummah, rejects the Quran, rejects Khatme Nubuwat:

this person(s) can not be respected.

This does not mean go and kill them, or spit at them, or back bite about them.

this means they can not be respected, and scholars advise the common person to stay away from them otherwise their beliefs will spread onto us like a disease.

If we are strong in our knowledge, then we should do our best to give them Dawah.

I say this b/c someone with weak knowledge may not be able to refute their beliefs without accurate information and thus make them feel he/she is correct.

If you find some of the shia beliefs unacceptable, that's your choice. Don't believe those things. But I do not believe that gives us the right to treat them poorly.

Treat people with respect. Give your salams to people even if you disagree with them about some things. Find ways that bring us together and unite the ummah -- let those be the things that matter. Work on yourself and don't worry so much about the sins of other people.

Leave the doctrinal differences for the scholars to debate and for Allah SWT to judge, ultimately.

four imams of ahlul sunna consider shai kafir, and also promenanate ulma-e-haq of each era consider them kafir.

There are difference between shia beliefs, as brother abdulwahhab has described and like I said I respect all of Allah creation, except for the open enemies of Islam and that includes all those who curse the beloved companions and wives of the Prophet.

Jazzak Allah akhi for making this clear. Its worse then I thought, and it provides an answer to my question if I should see them as muslims or not.
Its a real pitty that their ´ahadith´go around the net, because people without any knowledge take them to be real. I did a few years ago. There was an hadith about women having to look as blackbirds or something????
    I took it serious.
Almost all of Iran is shia, and that is what ´the west´ gets to see on tv etc. They think that thats Islaam, and you cant blame them.
Anyway Jazzak Allah for your answers

In short, no. They are not our brothers and sisters.

I ask you this - if somebody said the most filthiest things about your own biological mother, would you be friends with that person or give them salam? No, of course not. So how can you be friends or give salam to people who say the most filthiest things about our beloved mothers (May Allah be pleased with them) who are more beloved to us than our own biological mothers?
"You disobey God while you make apparent that you love Him,
This, by my life, in analogy is a marvel.
If your love were sincere you would have obeyed Him,
Truly, the lover towards the one he loves is obedient."

How do you know if someones ´shia´?
And how do shia and sounnan deal with eachother on Hadjj?

I really dont like anything about shia and I look at their rituals with digust.
When I had a discussion with somebody he sad that they are anyway muslims and that we should treat them nicely
We talked about hezbollah and leader. He sad about him that he such a good man, look at his beautifull face etc etc.. But for me I cant see him as a good person knowing that is follows this shia religion that says about Ayeesha (RA) that she is a prostitute. It really makes me angy.

Anyway if anyone has the answers to my questions based on facts?

    Jazzak Allah
    Wa wr wb.

Where did you get this from? I don't think any knowledgeable shia would say that this is true.
2:2 SHAKIR: This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who guard (against evil).
5:27 SHAKIR: ....... (The other) said: Allah only accepts from those who guard (against evil).
