No it is not. Where is your proof? There are many groups in the sub con who are hanafi and yet not deobandi or barelvi. Jamia Nizamia is one of them.

That is not proof. Since you live in hyderbad, you can easily go an verify that they are not barelvi at all. They may share some beliefs/practices with the barelvis, such as upholding the validity of the mawlid, being hanafi etc. But that doesn't make them barelvi. For one they do not endorse the fatwa of kufr imam raza passed on the deobandis.

It could be like that Madrassah in Nadwah, the deobandis claim, it is neautral.
But essentially the Nadwis and deobandis are similar line of thought.

So I suspect this one although historically independent follows the same line as barelvi.
