    Default dajjal

    salaam

i had a few questions regarding the dajjal

    1) will he be from the human race

    2) will he be given birth or just prop up like the yajuj majuj

    3) will he have a reconned on the the day of judgement. does he have free will to be good or bad or has allah jus created him to do evil to test us and thus once he dies he willl just turn to dust like the animals

I wrote a draft, incomplete book on this topic (Link) and it has references to particular hadith.

    1. The general idea is that yes he is Human, however as I mentioned in the link above, there is mention that people will think of him as a Jinn when he arrives. We also know the Jinn were chained up and thrown away to islands from another hadith before the creation of Mankind and Dajjal was chained up during the time of Rasullilah (salalahu alahi wasalam)...on an island. We also find that if the hadith "No one (from this generation) will be alive on earth after 100 years", either it means Dajjal is an exception, or he is a Jinn as no "human" will be alive after 100 years from that generation.

    2. He will not be born as he was already alive than. There is a hadith that says he will be born but it is considered to be very weak.

    3. I don't know what exactly you mean by this? Of course he has free will and it is Isa (alahi salam) who will give him the final blow.

    Allah knows best.
Abu Sa’id (ra) said that Rasullilah (salalahi alahi wasalam) said, “Whoever says:

Radeetu billahi rabban, wa bil-Islaami deenan, wa bi-Muhammadin rasoolan

Jannah becomes obligatory for him (to enter).

I am not aware of that as I know Humans and Jinns have free-will.
