I need a Quran teacher (via online)

I am a 18-year-old boy from Bulgaria. I can read the Quran with tajwid, not so good, but

Now I want to learn to read better using a 'maqam', but here, unfortunately, there is not anyone who can teach me that. I am looking for someone who can show me some techniques via microphone using the Internet. I will appreciate this help!

Unfortunately, both are in Urdu language . Is there such programs in English too?
