no, this is not an islamic channel, though some islamic programs come on it.
this channel is run by enadu group, whose chairman is a non-muslim.

since muslims are in large number here, the channel for them can be a good business.

otherwise its interesting to see a non-muslim making effort for deen of muslims through channel.
