far as i know Br Mutah hasnt spent time in TJ rather he's lightly negative towards it. Hes of Salafi aqeedah - though none of his talks are on aqeedah but on generally following deen and the gangster/drugs/hiphop etc lifestyle leading to misery. A brilliant speaker- we also tried to get him for a talk.

Yes, but wouldnt you say getting the youth inside the masjid is a achievement.

I like to keep an open mind. yes, we may disagree with their aqeedah, but at least they get brothers closer to deen, coming to the masjid. Thats probably the biggest obstacle and hurdle today. Once they get accustomed to the masjid, and sit in various gatherings, discuss with scholars, we can take it from there.

The youth just do not feel any inclination to the masjids, and if salafis are atleast doing that, then I wont criticise them. Yes, we differ in aqeedah, and you can discuss that.

enigma i agree with u. when we dont do our job what can we do? others will take over.

having said that bro there are various grades of salafis. the likes of shaykh haitham haddad should be respected but Hasan Somali the stuff that he says may ALLAH guide him.
