is there any website where i could find the proofs of only Arabic in jummah khutbahs , as well as Khuthbahs which are in arabic that can be said. or like examples.

Yes.

They are merely narrating what's found in those famous Hanafi books.

Mufti Taqi Usmani's (db) famous article implies that there aren't any significant differences of opinion on this issue among the Fuqaha (of all 4 schools). However, the article posted above by Maulana Nazim seems to imply that there are. That's why I am more interested to know.

I am unable to find this opinion in Quduri, Hidaya, or Fatawa-Alamgiri but I can see that you are quoting from Muheetus-Sarakhsi.

I have also found the position of Imam Abu Haneefa (RA) extensively quoted in books of Four Madhabs in Arabic.

I don't have access to Brothers section else it would have been nice to see what Soofi Saheb has to say about it.
