I was discussing the need for better Shaf'ae Fatawa sites with our Ameer Saheb on CM and we were wondering about adding Shaf'ae Fiqh Answers to CM.

But:

1) Is it going to confuse our Hanafi Customers?

2) Would it be beneficial if the answers are clearly marked to be of Shaf'ae Madhab.

3) Have I got the wrong-end of the stick i.e. there is no need for Shaf'ae Fiqh Fatawa?

What does everyone think?

P.S: I recommended to our Ameer Saheb to engage By Yahya (from SF) if we were engage in such an endeavour, Insha'Allah.

I like fatwa by Shaikh Muhammad Afifi al-Akiti, for example here. He gives lengthy explanation, which I like to read.

it makes much sense to just put it under a seperate section, no problem then i hope.

i guess there will be no harm in doing such as long it is clearly stated it is a Shafi'ee opinion...
