Hadhrat Mawlana Khalil Ahmad Saharanpuri was the maternal nephew of Hadhrat Mawlana Ya'qub Nanautwi.

Hadhrat Mawlana Ya'qub Nanautwi's father was Hadhrat Mawlana Mamluk 'Ali Nanautwi, who was the teacher of both Hadhrat Mawlana Qasim Nanautwi and Hadhrat Mawlana Rashid Ahmad Gangohi.

Hadhrat Mawlana Qari Tayyab sahib is the grandson of Hadhrat Mawlana Qasim Nanautwi. Mawlana Qari Tayyab's father was Mawlana Muhammad Ahmad Nanautwi.
