in Ms - Word go in " Insert " on menu bar

in that open symbols, u will find there arabic alphabets

just click on the alphabet and click insert below, u need not close that symbol box. move it a side and keep selecting and inserting the alphabets, u will be seeing on screen as though ur typing from keyboard

there is no need of any change in settings

You can add Arabic language to your version of Windows.

In XP it is done in the following way (you will probably need your Windows XP CD for this):

    1. Open Control Panel and go to Regional and Language Options.
    2. On the second tab (Languages) tick the first box (Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages...).
    3. Click Apply, do not close the dialog box yet.
    4. Click on Details... in the 'Text Services and input languages' section.
    5. Click Add
    6. Choose Arabic (Saudi Arabia)
    7. Click OK, OK and close all the dialog boxes that are open.

    I hope that helps.

Don't forget, you can use 'Shift + Left Alt' to quickly switch between the two.
