How do you open a .Bok File?

Many religious works in Arabic available on numerious sites (such as almeshkat) are .bok files. Anyone knows how to open them?

Those are files meant for al-Maktabah as-Shamilah.

The Shamilah program seems a bit complicated for me, couldnt open a book, and i mostly got to see weird signs.

And the Recon software didnt quite work.

The brother who made it is a Salafi student of knowledge, he is a member of Arabic Multaqa ahl al hadeeth and he has some brothers who help him in preparing the books.
There is a special section in the Arabic Multaqa just for that program.

May Allah reward him and everyone working on that program greatly, it benefit many students of knowledge including myself.

I disagree that it is the best Islamic software, since - it is very slow in searching for key word results. Also, it has many Wahhabi books in it that the Sunni reader should be aware of. It has 6688 books in it now, but the following one has some 12,000 books in it:

It has 6688 books in it now, but there is one called al-Jami al-Kabir which is said to have some 15,000 volumes in it and it is much faster. The latter is not free unlike shamela.

It is slow in searching because you have to do fahrasa to the books (under khidamat menu), then it will be much faster.

And we are sorry that the program is too "wahhabi" for you.
