Slave of Allah banned?

I am new here, actually I have been wandering about on sunniforum for quite some time, but thought I would get active now.

I really wanted to post my comments on a few threads and one of them belonged to Slave of Allah, but I can see now that he is banned.

Why is that? I was looking forward to starting a discussion with him

btw can someone who is banned join with a new username?
