(Nasa): Sunrise from the West

The science of astronomy states that the speed of planet Mars has been
decreasing in its course toward the Eastern direction in the few past weeks
to the level we notice the "waver" between the East and the West... and on
Wednesday the 30th of July, the planet movement stopped going towards the Eastern direction..

Then in the months of August and September... Mars changed its course in the opposite direction to the West, and that until the end of September. Which means the sun will rise now from the West on Mars!

This weird phenomena of the opposite movement called "Retrograde Motion," most Scientists state that all the planets will go through the same, once at least, and our planet Earth is one of them. Planet Earth will move in the opposite direction some day and the Sun will rise from the West!!

This might occur soon and we are unaware!

The rise of the Sun from the West is mentioned in the ahadith and this is the major sign of the Day of Judgment, most if not all, the minor signs have occurred. Wake up.

Our beloved messenger Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said: "One of the signs of the hour is that the Sun will rise from the West, where no longer tauba (forgiveness) will be granted"!!

The interesting thing is that most of our Shari'ah scholars mentioned that the rise of the Sun from the West occurs only once... on that day... the Sun will rise from the West... then again from the East... and continues until Allah wishes and this is similar to what is happening to Mars... it stops, then it changes its course of direction for a short period of time... then returns to way once it was.

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 6.160 Narrated byAbu Huraira
Allah's Apostle said, "The hour will not be established till the sun rises
from the West; and when it rises (from the West) and the people see it, they all will believe. And that is (the time) when no good will it do to a soul
to believe then." Then he recited the whole Verse (6.158).
" 6:158- Are they waiting to see if the angels come to them, or thy Lord
(Himself), or certain of the Signs of thy Lord! The day that certain of the
Signs of thy Lord do come, no good will it do to a soul to believe in them
then, if it believed not before nor earned righteousness through its Faith.
Say: "Wait ye: we too are waiting."

Sahih Muslim HadithHadith 7039 Narrated byAbuHurayrah
Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: Hasten to do good deeds before six things happen: the rising of the sun from the west, the smoke, the Dajjal, the beast and (the death) of one you or the general turmoil.

Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: He who seeks repentance (from the Lord ) before the rising of the sun from the west (before the Day of
Resurrection), Allah turns to him with Mercy.

Sahih Muslim HadithHadith 6644 Narrated byAbuMusa
Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: Allah, the Exalted and Glorious,
stretches out His Hand during the night so that the people repent for the
fault committed from dawn till dusk and He stretches out His Hand during the day so that the people may repent for the fault committed from dusk to dawn (He would accept repentance) before the sun rises in the west (before the Day of Resurrection).

This piece of news is very important as it brings with it a great sign of
warning and remembrance of the coming of a new WORLD - the world of the
Hereafter; and it is also good material for calling others to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'alla -

May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'alla keep all of us in the Right path and provide us with success in this world as well as in the Hereafter.

There is no God but Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'alla. Muhammad Salallaahu Alaihi Wasalaam is the final Messenger of Allah.

But every two years or so, there are a couple of months when Mars' position from night to night seems to change direction and move east to west. This strange behavior was very puzzling to early skywatchers. Did the planet really stop, back up, change its mind, and then continue to move forward? Did it have some weird, mystical meaning?

Today we know what's going on. It's an illusion, caused by the ways that Earth and Mars orbit the sun.

The two planets are like race cars on an oval track. Earth has the inside lane and moves faster than Mars -- so much faster, in fact, that it makes two laps around the course in about as much time as it takes Mars to go around once.

About every 26 months, Earth comes up from behind and overtakes Mars. While we're passing by the red planet, it looks to us as though Mars is moving backwards. Then, as we move farther along our curved orbit and see the planet from a different angle, the illusion disappears and we once again see Mars move forward.

This apparent backwards movement is called "retrograde motion." The illusion also happens with Jupiter and the other planets that orbit farther from the sun.

The magnetic poles might flip. In that case, they will either have to reprint all of the magnetic compasses, or just decide that the Atlantic Ocean is the west coast of the US. In the latter case, the sun will rise where it always did, but it will be called west.

umm yeah I understand how ur mother and grandmother felt.. I almost had a nervous breakdown reading that.
Seriously though, the thought in itself is so scary that there will be time when our taubah won't be accepted. We really take time for granted. May Allah bestow His mercy on us all and may we turn to Him alone for guidance b4 its tooo late...ameeen

I learned retrograde was just an illussion in 9th grade general science. You had a nice little story for little kids to believe though. Just check your facts twice next time...sometimes we go a little too far trying to explain the Quran.
