Ibn Kathir in his tafseer mentioned the opinion of Ibn Abi Hatim that ayaat in the alQur'an (ie ayaat 81-82 surah Yunus, ayaat 118-122 surah al-A'raf and ayat 69 surah Taha) are specific ayaat to treat problems related to sihr (with the permission of ALLAH).
This is taken from athar from Ibn Abi Hatim, Abu as-Syeikh from Layth Ibn Abi Salim r.a.hu. said;
"It has been conveyed to me that verily these ayaat syifa' (cure) from sihr with the permission of ALLAH ta'ala, recite (those ayaat) onto a container filled with water and pour onto the head of the person afflicted with sihr. Those ayaat are (81-82 surah Yunus), (ayaat 118-122 surah al-A'raf) and (ayat 69 surah Toha)."
There are a lot of ahadith where Rasulullah s.a.w. teaches us do'as/supplication for protection against syaitan...
On ruqyah, there is also a hadith from Bukhari about the story of one sahabi, Abu Sa'id al-Khudri r.a.hu who treated the head of a clan who was bitten by a scorpion, by reciting al-Fatihah. Rasulullah s.a.w. said; "wa maa yudriika annahaa ruqyah" (how do you know that it (surah fatihah) is a ruqyah)
Wallaahu a'lam.
