I don't think these positions can be altered because these are pillars (concrete pillars) and they cannot move them.
Any way I got this information from my uncle who was working in Masjid An Nabawi during is extension.

One of those pillars should have the name of Noman bin Sabit Imam Abu Hanifa r.h written on them. Can you ask someone to find out and share a snap of the same ?

Just imagining, how did the prophet s.a.w change direction 180 degrees while praying and how the muktadis adjust to this change whilst praying. What does fiqh say in this regards ?
