Assalam o Alaikum

I m newbie here so i dont have any foggiest idea where i have to post my 1st question so i must say sorry and kindly guide me as well...!

My question is :

1..What are the main reasons in which women`s are allow to go out and do job?
2..In islam is it possible for a women to go out side without any logical reason ?
