I have two questions if any can answer, what does طريان mean?
And I am looking for a dictionary that explains the technical terms in fiqh, any suggestions?

طريان is normally used for "sudden onset".
There are a number of good Fiqh Dictionaries in Arabic.
I am unaware of any decent English ones, however
معجم لغة الفقهاء of Dr. Qal'aji is beneficial as it mentions the English equivalent of every term, in addition to the Arabic explanation.
Published by Dar an-Nafais of Beirut.

Actually I wanted an Arabic to Arabic dictionary.
When I looked for a dictionary I could only find an Arabic to English dictionary (the same one you mentioned) which is of no use to me.
Please could you recommend an Arabic one for me?

As I mentioned, there exist a number of good Arabic ones, both classical and contemporary.
A few famous classical ones are:
طلبة الطلبة لنجم الدين النسفي
أنيس الفقهاء لقاسم القونوي
المغرب في ترتيب المعرب للمطرزي
These are three famous Hanafi ones, with the first two being in sequence of Fiqhi chapters, while the last one is in alphabetical order.
The famous Shafi'i dictionary is
As for the contemporary works, you could try:
القاموس الفقهي لسعدي أبو حبيب
however I found the most detailed and beneficial work to be:
معجم المصطلحات والألفاظ الفقهية لدكتور محمود عبد الرحمن عبد المنعم
Published in 3 volumes by Dar al-Fadhilah of Cairo, it is essentially a collection of the terms mentioned in all the works compiled prior to it.
The author not only relied on dozen of works, but also mentions the source for each and every term in this dictionary.

Jazakallah for the recommendations. I went out and alhamdulillah found and bought both mu'ajim mustalahat and anees al-fuqaha.

I have one question concerning

All are in print and most are available online.
You could purchase them from www.adabwafan.com where you will find the following:
3 different prints of Tilbah at-Talabah. Get this one or this one. The 3rd one is a terrible Dar al-Kutub al-Ilmiyyah print.
They even have al-Mughrib for sale, which is normally very hard to find.
You could purchase Anis al-Fuqaha from Neelwafurrat or Thaqafah, however both offer the same ilmiyyah copy.
Dar ibn al-Jawzi of Saudia prints a lovely copy of the book, so you could request someone going for Umrah to purchase it for you.
I am unaware of any online bookstore that stocks the Mu'jam al-Mustalahat.
Maybe Brother "seeking" could let us know where he found it.
If you want, I have e-copies of all these books, except the Mu'jam al-Mustalahat, which I could upload.
