    Default Quran Hifz courses in Birmingham?

    salaam

    i know a sister in bham who wants to memorise quran become a hafizah, was wondering if anyone knew of any places offering the course in birmingham. also what age to do you have to be and is there an age limit? and how long does the course take and is prior knowledge of tajweed essential.

    Sis, you could try the Al Kawthar academy in Brum? I think they might do hifz classes for sisters...I think the alimah (Alimah 'M') told me this, not sure if it was for children or sisters though. Give them a ring and find out.

    if she is older a personal teacher may be the answer- just learn at home and go for 1 hour to read or someting
