Medicine of the Prophet

Assalamualaikum,

I am looking for any links online that can lead me to learn more about Prophetic Medicine - specifically I'm looking for weight loss in adults and weight gain in children. I found this online http://www.scribd.com/doc/2218212/Me...of-the-Prophet but because I don't know the Arabic equivalent I cannot do a proper search. I also have at home As-Suyuti's Medicine of the Prophet but I can't find anything in that either.

3 parts for eating

1 for air
1 for water
1 for food

Dont have water when your eating, its for after meals if i understood right

only eat when your hungry, stop eating when your still slightly hungry, do exercise, play sports that you enjoy because its good for your body and mind. Eat foods that compliment each other, ie. when eating hot eat something cold with it, not in the literal sense but it food sense. some foods heat up the body others have an opposite reaction.

In Ibn al Qayyims book there is a way to fatten up, I think it says that Hadrat Aisha was subjected to that diet to put on weight as she was thin, and it worked.
