Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi’s Moussem on the occasion of his 78th Birthday

Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi’s Moussem will be held on the 10th and the 11th of October, 2008. The Moussem will take place at the Habibia Mosque in Rylands, Cape Town. The Mosque's address is:

The Moussem will begin with the Isha prayer on Friday night. It is recommended that you are there by 7:30pm. Saturday night will follow a similar format.

The 11th International Fiqh Conference 2008 - A collected Zakat and a United Jama’at

The conference will be held at the “Centre for the Book” Conference Centre on the 18th and 19th of October, 2008. Details of the venue are:

The conference will begin at 10am on Saturday morning and will end around 5pm. Sunday will follow a similar format. The agenda which includes an impressive list of speakers is still being finalised and will be available during the course of next week.
