However, if you message me privately, I have been able to get the brothers mobile number and managed to call him once. He is avoiding my calls now despite leaving a message countless times. Subhanallah, I cannot believe this.

Have you spoken to your bank about recouping the money they have charged?

Normally I get all my stuff from Azhar Academy, but this time round I chose Darul Ishaat because of the sale.

It has made me realise that although they were cheaper, It would have been more worthwhile forking out the extra money and getting it from Azhar Academy with peace of mind, than having to deal with all this hasle because it is cheaper.

P.S - I dont know how to private message someone on sunni forums.

I might speak to the bank yes. At end of the day I forgive them though. May Allah forgive them as well Inshallah. They are a reputable company and I am hoping that they have a good reason for the delay. However it would have been nice if they could at least inform me.

in what way has it changed? Im on the site now, stil same to me since i last visited, you must log in to send an email pretty simple and easy,this is a security feature that was introduced a while back 2 avoid spam by the looks of it,

Have you got any contact details for them? The number on the website is wrong and nobody ever picks up. They don't even send an email to confirm the order! I don't know how they conduct business but the experience I have had has been terrible.

They did send me a confirmation e-mail, but the e-mail is different than what brother alislam wrote :S wierd I don't know whats going on. though I still haven't recieved any reply from there.
