Attaching scans of an Arafat dua that I liked with its translation. This is taken from 'A Guide to Hajj and Umrah' by Anis Mathews.

These duas are generic and meant to give you an idea of the kind of emotions that the experience of Arafat should evoke. But you need to decide beforehand what you individually want to ask Allah for and what you need to ask forgiveness for. Its a personal experience and a great oppurtunity, so just spend some time reflecting on your life and decide on some personal duas aswell.
