No, I'm pretty sure there isn't a translation of Fatwa Hindiyya. I also don't think the translation of Hidaya is great for laymen. You might want to stick with the translation of Nurul Idah.

I'm planing to open a site about hanafi fiqh in Bosnian language in form of a school. You read a chapter and then take a test.

For the concept I would appreciate if you can give me some link to hanafi fiqh book in English or German online. It can be in any form: website, pdf etc.

See if you can find/buy the book "Hanefijski fikh" by Abdulhamid Mahmud Tuhmaz, translated by PhD Zuhdija Hasanović. Maybe this will help:
